From Scripture to Multiplication
Through Oral Discipleship, believers learn to engage with God’s Word, discuss it together, apply it to everyday life, and share it with others through Discovery Bible Studies. This creates immediate opportunities for spiritual growth while fostering local ownership and long-term multiplication.
The results are already encouraging. In Egypt, disciple-making reached the third generation of believers within the first eight months, with new leaders emerging naturally from within the community. In Zambia, a single group of 21 believers multiplied into 21 Discovery Bible Study groups, engaging more than 351 people in just six months.
These stories demonstrate what happens when people can hear, understand, and share God’s Word in ways that resonate with their language and culture. As local believers become disciple-makers, communities are transformed from the inside out.
Our vision is clear: every Oral Bible Translation project paired with a thriving disciple-making movement—multiplying disciples, strengthening churches, and helping communities experience the transforming power of God’s Word for generations to come.
